AgentC
The project
AgentC is an online marketplace for medical cannabis. Patients browse a storefront, read up on strains and their effects, and order, with every purchase tied to a valid prescription and license. The product runs on web and mobile and was built from the ground up, brand included.
My role
Produced the branding, the web app, and the mobile app: brand identity and packaging, then the end-to-end product experience, UX and UI, on both platforms.
The problem
Medical cannabis sits between a pharmacy and a store. The buying experience had to feel as easy as ordinary e-commerce, because that is what patients expect, while carrying the parts a pharmacy cannot skip: verifying prescriptions and licenses, tracking renewals, and giving patients real information about what they are taking. Nothing existed yet, not even a name on a box.
What I did
Started with the brand: the AgentC identity, its logo system for light and dark, and the packaging patients receive, so the product had a consistent voice before a single screen was designed.
Designed the storefront and category browsing to work like a familiar shop, then built the product pages to carry what a medical buyer actually needs: strain details, effect profiles, and terpene breakdowns presented clearly rather than buried in specs.
Designed the regulated side of the account as a first-class part of the experience instead of a hurdle: prescription and license upload, renewal reminders, and an effect diary where patients record how each product worked for them. All of it responsive across web and mobile.
The outcome
A complete brand and product for a regulated category, where compliance is woven into the flow rather than bolted onto it, and buying medicine feels as straightforward as buying anything else online.
